This route leads the most beautiful trail of the Ojcowski National Park - the cognitive path "Dark Cave - Mount Trenches". During the trip, we will see, in addition to Ciemna Cave and one of the most valuable and oldest archaeological sites in Poland, the picturesque Ruins of Kazimierz Castle in Ojców and the mysterious remains of an early medieval settlement on Mount Trenches. Following this route, we will see the most beautiful views of the Prądnik Valley from protruding rocks hovering among forests, at an altitude exceeding 100 meters above the Prądnik River flowing in the valley.

At the very beginning, the route leads through the bottom of the Prądnik Valley from the Ruins of Kazimierz Castle in Ojców through picturesque rock formations, including The Maiden Rocks, Needle Deotyma, the Cow's Cave, the Krakow Gate and the Crown Mountain Rock Complex with the Glove hidden among them. Going further, through the Wąwóz Ciasne Skałki, to the highest hill in the Ojców National Park - Góra Chełmowa, at the very top, we discover the longest cave in the area covered by the park - Łokietek's Grotto. On this route we will find out what legends and applications are hidden by the local ruins of the castle, rocks and caves, among them the Łokietek Grotto.

At the beginning, the route takes us through Nowa, opened in April 2010 Multimedia Nature Exposition of the Ojcowski National Park. In a short time we can get to know the versatile nature of Ojców and Ojcowski National Park, listen to birds singing, hear a cave echo and feel the falling drop of cave rain, watch pictures and 3D movie. So prepared for the absorption of nature, we set out on a green trail where in reality, we will confirm the previously acquired knowledge. During the hiking we will visit the Dark Cave where we will be able to see the formations of the stalactite cave found in the Museum and see the ancient archaeological excavations. Next, we will follow the trail through viewpoints to the magnificent Prądnik Valley. Perhaps during the journey we will be able to hear and recognize the bird's singing? or even meet other inhabitants of Ojcow's forests ...?

In the 14th century, along the Prądnik Valley, there was a trade route from Krakow to Silesia. For his defense, Casimir the Great built a series of castles and strongholds that form a chain of fortifications throughout the Kraków-Częstochowa Jura. One of such fortresses is the Pieskowa Skała Castle and the remains of the Kazimierz Castle in Ojców. On this route, we will get to know their secrets.

A great adventure for a group of both school and adults. On the anniversary of the outbreak of the January Uprising, we invite you on a hiking trail that leads through the battlefields, places of skirmishes of the January insurgents that took place in the Prądnik Valley. We will meet at the Castle in Pieskowa Skala where the skirmish of insurgents with Russian troops took place. After visiting the castle from this place, we will go to the nearby town of Skała to start a walk past the wooded slopes of the generator's valley passing subsequent places of fighting, the choleric cemetery and then descend the "wooden road" with a guide to Ojców - a place where 2,000 insurgents camped before setting off on combat trail.

At the beginning we will go to the Castle in Pieskowa Skala (mention of its origin dates back to the 14th century - we will visit the castle from the outside), then the route leads to Grodzisk, where we can see the Hermitage of Bl. Salomei (XVII century), then we will go to the Młynarska settlement Boronówka (a new tourist attraction) where we have the opportunity to see how the work in the Mill looked like in the 19th century - flour production as well as the miller's life (the very history of the mill comes from the 15th century). Next, we will go to Ojcow where we will see the ruins of Kazimierzowski Castle (14th century), during the trip we will see the Chapel on the Water (sacred object from the beginning of the 20th century). Duration: approx. 4.5 hours

During our trip we will get to know not only the flavors of Ojców and the surrounding area, but also their natural values, which undoubtedly have a great impact on the taste sensations.

We will start our trip from the passage to Gospodarstwo Rybackie located in the Ojców National Park, there the secrets of conducting this interesting activity and then we will show the secrets of smoking the Ojcowski Trout - of course, it will not be without tasting this regional delicacy.

Next, we will go for a walk to the Krakowska Gate and the Spring of Love (for volunteers, we suggest a trail to the Łokietek Cave and its sightseeing for an additional fee - PLN 10 / adult, then descent to the Krakowska Gate and the Spring of Love). At the spring time for rest, then return to Ojców to the parking lot from where we will go to the Castle in Pieskowa Skala.

On the way, we will stop at a unique place on our culinary trail. "As in Old Times" is a place where we will taste regional products: cold meats, cheeses, cakes and of course we will taste the famous "Praojca Bread" baked here by traditional method for 100 years. Something about bread ...
